Join Party in the Park

The first pride march took place in New York City in 1970. It was an act of courage by the LGBTQIA+ community who decided to end the silence and make visible the need for equality. Since then, pride festivals continue to be courageous acts that promote equality and celebrate the beauty of LGBTQIA+ identity.

Join Party in the Park as a party goer or a Community Partner as we join in community together.

Join Party in the Park

Come as you are and join in! Maybe even pack a blanket to spread out in the green space. Enjoy conversation with friends, old and new. Jump around in bouncy houses. Enjoy balloon animal making, face painting, and lawn games. Visit with Community Partners who are invested in celebrating and supporting LGBTQIA+ community.

Join as a Community Partner

Community Partners are organizations that support the LGBTQIA+ community and join alongside us in making Party in the Park a real party. Community Partners host an interactive element at their booths for party goers to enjoy alongside and some opt to have other resources and information available as well.

Community Partners may be businesses, vendors, organizations, groups, artists and/or volunteers that want to build up community.
